Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by E-Cell HIT, a full refund will be issued to the registered participants within 7-10 working days.
2. Participant Cancellation
Refund requests made by participants more than 48 hours before the event start time will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for requests made within 48 hours of the event.
3. Refund Process
All refund requests must be sent to ecell@hithaldia.ac.in with the transaction ID and order details. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay).
4. Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payments, please contact us immediately for a full refund of the duplicate amount.
